Luis Pazo Joins Hamiltonian Artists’ Board Members

Hamiltonian Artists

We are pleased to announce the appointment of our founder and director Luis Pazo to the Hamiltonian Artists’ Board of Directors.

Hamiltonian Artists, a DC-based 501c3 nonprofit, has long played a critical role in supporting the careers of emerging contemporary artists, offering a robust fellowship program, exhibitions, and consistent mentorship. By fostering intellectual exchange and providing artists with crucial resources at pivotal stages in their careers, Hamiltonian has positioned itself as an essential contributor to the broader art ecosystem.

In his new role, Luis will collaborate with the Board to further strengthen Hamiltonian’s ongoing initiatives, contributing to the strategic direction and development of the organization’s programming. His involvement will support the organization’s mission to empower artists, expand their reach, and provide platforms for creative exploration.

Luis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position, having long been committed to promoting emerging talent and engaging with underrepresented voices. His background in curatorial and gallery practices, along with his insight into the art market and institutional frameworks, will help advance Hamiltonian’s vital work of fostering critical discourse and providing the resources necessary for artists to thrive in an evolving art world.
